First – Shipping within Saudi Arabia:
- Mayan Herb is responsible for delivering products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, either directly or in cooperation with shipping companies, within a period specified during the order process, starting from the day the order is confirmed via email, SMS, or WhatsApp message depending on your region.
- Please note that there may be delays in deliveries during promotions and sale seasons.
- Shipping fees are added to the total order amount. These fees are not fixed and may be waived depending on current offers.
- Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and official holidays.
- Mayan Herb collaborates with both international and local shipping companies. Once the order leaves Mayan Herb, shipping responsibility transfers to the shipping company.
Second – International Shipping:
- Customs fees may vary from time to time depending on each country’s customs regulations.
- International orders are shipped in cooperation with global carriers such as Aramex, SMSA, and DHL.
- VAT is not collected in Saudi Arabia for international orders.
- The total amount shown in the order includes the product prices and shipping fees only. Any additional charges imposed by customs after shipment are not the responsibility of Mayan Herb.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check customs fees with the relevant authorities in their country before placing the order.
